''Carl Bouckaert'', born 19 April 1954, is a Belgian equestrian and businessman. Under his leadership as CEO, Beaulieu of America Inc.pleaded guilty to violating campaign finance law and to federal tax evasion. A native of Belgium, Carl Bouckaert studied engineering at Louvain University. In 1977 he began working at Beaulieu Group of Companies in Belgium. In 1978 Carl moved to the USA and co-founded Beaulieu of America in Dalton, Georgia.
